Dancing the night away in Lakewood

Residents packed the Clements Community Center on Nov. 15 to dance the night away. The dance was part of the city of Lakewood’s Recreation & Inclusive Services for Everyone (R.I.S.E.) program. The program is designed to provide recreation and leisure opportunities for people of all disabilities. It’s offered year-round and has won multiple awards for its work to make the lives of people with disabilities better. For more information about the program, email rise@lakewood.org.
