Sargent participated in choir, band, track and cross country throughout high school and in the spring musical each year. Sargent plans to study music and run cross country and track at Fort Lewis College.

What profession or career do you want to pursue? Why?

I would like to be an elementary school music teacher, because I enjoy working with kids and I love music. I want to share my love for music and give others, kids especially, the opportunity to pursue and be involved in music as much as I do.

What do you hope to accomplish in life?

I want to enjoy life, while making an impact on others by pursuing my passion.

If I could do anything, it would be to ...

Travel overseas to teach and experience the rest of the world.
